We had an awesome time!  You did a fantastic job of setting everything up for us and pointing us to the hot spots.  Sacre Coeur at night was fantastic; thanks for recommending that.  Also, the pastry lesson was really fun (and delicious!).  The chef was awesome; he was very friendly and did a really great job.  I would absolutely recommend him to your future clients. 

Also, the hotel was perfect; they were very friendly and spoke English well; the room was small but very nice, and the breakfast was amazing.  I would recommend that hotel just for the breakfast; those were the best meals we had all week.
